Lyrisa began her medical career in 2004 as a Certified Nurse Assistant(CNA), where her growing interest in medicine and the satisfaction of nursing led her to pursue and achieve her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications. Her extensive nursing experience spans various specialties, including Emergency Room (ER), inpatient (IP), Pain Management, and Home Health Care.
Over the years, Lyrisa has taken on diverse leadership roles notably serving as Director of Nursing, overseeing four clinics and contributing to the establishment of school-based health clinics. She furthered her education, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aspen University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University with a concentration in Family Practice. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
Lyrisa graduated with honors and was induced into the National Society of Leadership and Success. She is also a proud member of Walden Sigma Theta Tau.
With over 20 years of experience in our rural area, Lyrisa has deep family roots in Eastern and Northern New Mexico which allows her to bring valuable bilingual Spanish skills to the team. Her practice is dedicated patients of all ages.
Lyrisa has a particular interest in Holistic care, having attended several classes in the field and plans to continue her education in the future. She is currently certified in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), replenishing hormones in individuals that have been diminished during the natural hormone decline (menopause, andropause) and is working toward becoming CDL certified to provide physical examinations for medical CDL licensees.

From Las Vegas, New Mexico, she began her journey after receiving her medical assisting degree from Southern Technical College in Fort Myers, Florida. Soon after obtaining her degree she moved back home to serve her community to prove her dedication in patient care, medical administration and emergency response. She began her career at Sunrise Clinics, working with Dr Tafoya, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care, administrative support and clinical procedures.
Brittney also holds an Associates Degree in Medical Billing and coding equipping her with a well-rounded understanding of both clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare.
Her commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, along with her attention to detail and strong communication skills makes her a valuable asset to any medical team.

He currently works at MCFC, where he brings his extensive clinical background and recently acquired phlebotomy license to support high-quality, patient-centered care. Prior to this, Brandon served as a Medical Assistant at Foot and Ankle Specialists assisting specialized procedures and managing patient care in a fast paced outpatient setting.

Clarissa is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals living with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD, by providing personalized care coordination and support. Clarissa is committed to reducing hospital admissions and ER visits by monitoring patient progress through regular follow-up phone calls to ensure that patients are adhering to their care plans and preventing complications. In this role she takes pride in serving as a patient advocate further bonding their relationships with their specialists and Primary Care Providers.

Fran Sandoval is our Billing and Coding Specialist with 48 years of experience in the Medical Field. She began her medical career in Respiratory Therapy in a
Hospital setting.
Her experience later led to her working for a Medical Practice specializing in Pediatrics and Obstetrics. Fran was inspired to seek more education where she received her RMA certification from University of Kansas, and later her Registered Radiologic Technologist certification from UNM, Albuquerque NM.
With this experience she was hired to managed a moderate complexity CLIA certified physician laboratory.
She then went on to a new family practice setting where she utilized her experiences and continued to perform nursing duties and radiology while also filling the position of Office Manager.
After 23 years, she took on a new role of Medical Billing and Coding for the family Practice and management of the billing department. After retiring (the first time) from the family practice, she proceeded to do the medical billing for a Pain Management Practice for 2 years. After a short re-retirement, she joined our team in July 2024.
Her best and blessed accomplishments are her 2 sons and 4 grandchildren-
